As explained in the about section, "The Old Fashioned Way" will be looking at movements in the history of fashion. I have chosen to focus on the evolution of the catwalk as I am fascinated by it's drastic change! I will be looking at important figures and events that have shaped the runway today. To begin, I have created a timeline that highlights important changes that have allowed the catwalk to be what it is today, all the way from Charles Frederick Worth to Thierry Mugler and more! My upcoming posts will explore individual events displayed on the timeline in depth. I hope you enjoy the topic I have chosen as I am thoroughly excited to share this journey with you.
